Leonor Torres Moreno

The President of ASTIC (Professional Association of the Senior Corps
of Systems and Information Technologies of Public Administrations)
holds a degree in Computer Science and a Master’s in management of
information systems and communications technologies from the
Polytechnic University of Madrid (UPM). She belongs to the Superior
Corps of Systems and Technologies of the Social Security
Administration. Although she began her career in the private sector,
most of her professional trajectory has been in Public Administration,
focusing on digital transformation. She has worked on various projects
and in different departments of the State Administration, including
Health, General Intervention of the State Administration (IGAE),
Public Administrations, and Education. She moved on to work in local
administration, in IAM, Alcobendas City Council, and Madrid City
Council. Additionally, she has collaborated in training activities
with INAP, NOVAGOB, and EFAM (Training School of the Madrid City
Council).
